This feature allows you to complete a selected action on an account when an Image is imported with an selected Image Type.
Note: This is a Version 8 Feature. For information on obtaining this or any other feature, please contact the Sales Department
From the main menu bar of CollectMax, select Definitions, Codes, Image, Image Type.
To display the Image Type Code Screen
Select the Image Type Code to add action automation and click the 
button to display the Modify Image Type Code Screen.
Check the 
box next to Complete Action On Image Batch/BarCode/Manual Import.
Select the Action to be completed on Image Import and the Completion Code to use to complete the action on the account.
Note: If there is more of one action with the same code, the process will complete the earliest action code.
Completion Code automation will also be executed. Please be careful that this automation should be executed on the accounts.
Click the 
button to add the automation.
From the Main Menu of CollectMax, select System, Imaging, Import.
to Open the Batch Image Import Screen.
Click the box next to Complete Action as defined on Image Type edit form.
And continue your image import.
